Today morning, after having breakfast, you will be checked-out from the Hotel and driven towards the hill station of Munnar. On the way, you can visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls. Arriving in this hilly retreat, you will be checked-in to a hotel or a resort; overnight stay at Munnar Hotel/resort.

Today morning, following your breakfast at the Munnar hotel/resort, pack your bags and checkout from the hotel/resort. Hereafter, you will be driven towards the gorgeous Thekkady town. On the way to Thekkady, you can visit Malayil Kallan Guha & Powerhouse Waterfalls. Thekkady is located near to Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. Following your arrival in the town, settle down in a hotel/resort and relax for a while. Post this, embark on a rustic tour to the Periyar National Park, a protected reserve forest, which is home to a stunning variety of flora and fauna. It is bound to wake up and give pleasure to the nature lover in you. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grasslands. It is home to herds of elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs. Close to Periyar National Park is the Periyar Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes in India. Take a boat ride here to bask in the true beauty of the place truly. Coming back from the boat ride, you can go for local shopping & visit spice plantations also.
